What to Expect / Virtual Tour

Every Shuttle is clean and comfortable and the drivers are happy to answer questions

Once the shuttle leaves the lot, it goes directly to Seattle Tacoma International Airport with no stops in between. Even with traffic, the trip to Sea-Tac Airport regularly takes less than five minutes.

Travelers are taken to curbside in the airport transportation area. At curbside the driver helps with passenger and luggage unload.

Upon return travelers go to the same area from which they departed. From 6 am until 12 midnight the shuttles arrive automatically every five minutes. From 12 midnight to 6 am travelers may use our app to request pickup, text ‎253-237-3390 or use the courtesy phone to call for a shuttle which will meet them within ten minutes.

At checkout friendly staff will review payment options, collect payment, assist you with managing your loyalty program and answer any questions as needed.

So whether you park with us on an occasional basis or every week, our staff are ready to meet your parking needs.

Friendly, professional staff members greet travelers at the entrance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

There's no hunting for a space. Directional aids lead to the next available spot. The lot offers 1,124 stalls including 33 double stalls for oversize vehicles.

Every space is safe and well lit.

Each traveler is met at his/her car. The driver assists with luggage at boarding and un-boarding.
